I got injured from no-fault car accident last year and suffered irreversible damage. I don't know where to start!!! Elizabeth Moreno is Soooo fantastic at what she does that I do not think there are words to really explain how much better she is than the "Average Bear", or attorney in this case... If you have ever been through any litigation like this, you know how difficult, and painful the process can be. I unfortunately have been through a few...And there is a huge difference between an attorney who really cares about you, and those who look at you as a just an number, of a dollar figure. Elizabeth goes the extra mile! and when you are falling apart at the seams over the whole situation, she lends a kind ear, and cares...truly cares about her clients! I got referred to Elizabeth after being involved in an uninsured motorist accident. The case was a bit complicated so I met and consulted with Elizabeth at her office. Joe Campbell is the most amazing attorney! I was so fortunate that he was the one representing me when I was hit by another driver who was texting and driving. I sustained a traumatic brain injury and was having a very difficult time. I could not have asked for a kinder and more compassionate attorney yet a very brilliant and tough attorney when it came to getting me what I deserved. He was aggressive, unrelenting and would not give an inch to the other side. He defended me when I was too weak to defend myself. My wife and I were involved in a terrible accident in 2008. We both suffered multiple injuries and the road to recovery was not only painful, but expensive. When you are hurt you don't have a lot of choices because without medical care you may not get better. I really appreciate the help we received from Joe Campbell. He had the knowledge and the skill to get us a settlement that was beyond our expectations. Nearly 4 years ago I was hit while walking across the street, and suffered a shattered ankle. While at the hospital, Elizabeth Moreno, who I had worked with in our early years, as well as having attended Santa Clara University at the same time, contacted me to make sure I was physically ok and that I was protected! Having never broken a bone in my life, I had no idea what this accident would entail. Liz helped me throughout the entire process in a very professional manner and answered all of my questions. If it weren't for her, I probably would have had to pay for remaining hospital expenses and all of my care. I have no words to express how thankful I am that Liz handled my case. I did not know when I would be in need of her services again, but my husband was recently in an accident and I immediately called Liz to help him, because I know that she is the best to handle to personal injury cases!

Two years ago Christmas Eve I got a phone call from my husband saying I've just been hit by a car crossing the street. He had a broken wrist and other injuries, and our lives would've been horrendous if not for Joseph Campbell. His knowledge of insurance law, accident law, and his common sense compassion for what we relied on for over two years while trying to achieve a fair settlement for my husband's injuries. There were many many emails, phone calls and meetings, many of them driven by my anxiety about how the case was going. Mr. Campbell never wavered, always answered the phone or an email, and we achieved a good results without having to go to trial.
